SEPTEMBER 2010

Local: Clubs formed, rosters developed, information to State Office

• 9 Advisor training at the Corporate Office in OKC - 6:30-8:30 PM with dinner.
• 18 State Officers and Club Representatives training (3 from each club) in OKC, 10 AM-2:30 PM.
• 25 Southern District Delegate Training at Southmoore High School 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

 

OCTOBER 2010

• 2 Northern District Delegate Training at Guthrie High School 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 10 BULLETIN #2 (mailed from the State Office)
  • District Conference registration information
  • Oklahoma State Conference information
  • Youth Leadership qualifications and State Award criteria
• LOCAL: Students get local training in program sections.
• Choices are made as to which Section they will participate in
• Training secured by club sponsors.
• 26 Deadlines for:
  • Club rosters and student permission/conduct forms are due with $25 delegate fees (PO#).
  • Deadline for District Conference Online Registration due at State Office.
  • Bills registered online on website.
  • Scholarship applications due with registration for state.

 

NOVEMBER 2010

§         1 New financial year starts for Youth and Government

§         13 Northern District Conference at Guthrie High School 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Bulletin #3 given out at conference.

§         20 Southern District Conference-Southmoore 8:30-4:30

o       Bulletin #3 given out at conference.

o       STATE BOARD MEETING 12:00-1:00 PM at Southmoore

 

December 2010

17 Earlybird registration ends for State Conference, $75.00 by this date and $85.00 after December 17.

 

January 2011

15 Bill revisions due to State Office for State Bill Book-Register on website. State Registration due and no registration after this date.

15 Hotel Reservation due to Sheraton Hotel

20-23 Texas Youth and Government Conference, Austin
